Support from customer service is lacking. Seriously, don’t waste your time with them. If you’re looking to use their 60-day return policy, you’ll have to cover the shipping costs yourself, and they won’t refund the starter kit. I regret not choosing the Philips or Oral B sonic toothbrushes since this ended up being just as pricey without any support.

Awesome electric toothbrush. I used to have a Philips Sonicare that quit on me, and this one works just as well but costs way less.

I bought this because of all the good things I heard about its battery performance. It looks nice and was charged up before I started using it, but I had to plug it in again just a few days later. Now, here’s the kicker: I’ve had it on charge for nearly two days, and it still won’t power up.

Looks like I’ll be sending it back for a refund 😞.

This electric toothbrush is truly awesome! The battery lasts for about a month without a hitch, and it has four different modes. Plus, it looks pretty sharp. It's way cheaper than other big-name brands and works just as well, if not better.

I ended my subscription with Ordo in September. For the past week, they've been withdrawing £10 from my account daily. I've reached out to them multiple times, but they just keep ignoring me! I'm at a loss for what to do. Someone help!

Ordering was a breeze, and the brush showed up real fast (like, super quick). I appreciated the packaging; it wasn't over the top like you see sometimes. The only thing I wish is that they included an extra toothbrush head in the original box.

I've owned a bunch of Oral-B toothbrushes throughout the years, but nothing beats the Ordo electric toothbrush. It's a top-notch brush. Right from the get-go, I was blown away by its power. This one is way stronger than my previous one, and it does an incredible job cleaning my teeth without breaking the bank.

If you're on the hunt for a strong electric toothbrush, this one’s a total winner. The battery life is impressive too; after using it twice daily for three days, it still held up for almost two weeks. Plus, I’m a fan of the colors it comes in; I picked the rose gold, while my boyfriend chose the black—it looks super sleek in our bathroom!

The toothbrush works well, but I'm really let down by the battery life. I use it once daily and rely on a manual brush the rest of the time since it needs a charge after just five or six uses. This isn't what I was led to believe from the reviews I read before making my purchase.

On January 3rd, 2023, Ordolife sent me a new toothbrush without me even asking for it, and the new battery is fantastic. I haven't had to charge it yet. Can't complain about their customer support—it's truly outstanding.

I’m really into my Ordo sonic toothbrush! I had never tried a sonic model before, and after years of using an electric one, I thought I’d give it a shot because of all the positive feedback. There are plenty of pricey sonic brushes out there, but Ordo isn’t one of those. I can’t say if the high-end ones are any better, but I’m all in for this brush and recommend it to anyone who’ll listen! My teeth feel super clean, and my gums are in excellent shape (my dentist confirmed this), which makes me quite pleased, especially since I’ve had issues with them before. Just to clarify, I’m not a spokesperson for Ordo, even if it sounds like it. They asked me to share my thoughts on their product, and here I am!

Honestly, I feel like this is a tad high-priced for what you receive. It's strange that it doesn't include additional toothbrush heads and covers - that would have made it way better.
